WWE Creative Thinks The Cena-Owens Rematch Is A Bad Idea Too

owenscena

Here’s a good news/bad news situation. The good news is that according to Dave Meltzer the WWE Creative Team thinks that the Cena-Owens rematch at MITB is an awful idea. The bad news is that Vince McMahon probably doesn’t. Double double bad news is that Cena is most likely going to win because that’s how they always do things. I honestly can’t remember a character, other than Daniel Bryan, that has beaten John Cena and then not immediately lost in a rematch. Even Brock Lesnar lost by DQ! The guy who broke the streak had to lose give Cena his win back! I’m sorry Kevin, you may not be providing for your family this month.

I feel like it’s one step forward two hundred steps back whenever Cena jobs to anyone.

*sigh* I know that feeling… I was shocked that Owens won at EC (clean too btw), but then I realized Cena is gonna get his win back; so everything got negated. When was the last time we had a badass heel that just destroyed people (besides Lesnar)? Maybe Rusev? But that went to crap…

Well Cena got his win back… SURPRISE SURPRISE!! To make it worse, Cena gives Owens props after Owens loses to Cena.
